Parenting children/teens with ADHD
This group is for parents of Kids with ADHD to receive feedback and coaching as well as connecting to fellow parents who know what it is like to go through this journey in a safe and nonjudgemental space.
LGTBQ+ support group(16-19)
This is a support group for LGBTQ+ teens 16-19 connecting with peers as well as learning tools and coping skills can help teens feel less alone and have a safe place to talk.

Parenting questions and Answers at the library
Event Details:
Do you have questions or concerns about your child’s behavior? Bring your questions and chat with Parisa Rahimian, a licensed marriage and family therapist. Parisa will be on hand to address your concerns and give helpful tips and information. This informal parenting workshop will take place during the library’s Stay and Play program, so you can talk while watching your children play. This is a free event, open to all parents.
